We offer conference rooms, mail and phone service as stand-alone services. The cost for services and phones is $165.00.
Our Phone Answering Services include 1-line phone answering and one voice mail box. We will use your script so we can properly answer or screen calls. We can also contact you with any emergency phone calls. The cost is $45.00 for each additional phone line.
Mail-Only Services are for customers who do not have a continual need for office space but who want to remain relevant in the community. This is also a great option if you're waiting for an office space to become available. Mail services ($125) include receptionist services, coffee services for you and your clients, shipping and receiving, mail handling, access to copier and fax machine as well as Wi-Fi. Copies are $0.07 per copy, faxes are $0.30 per page and postage is billed back to you at the end of the month. Conference Room time for over 10 hours per month is $10.00 per hour and is billed at the end of the month.
Phone-Only Services gives you the option to have a full-time receptionist and voice mail that can be retrieved remotely and can be set up to alert your cell phone or pager. The cost for this service is $85.00 a month and $40.00 per additional line per month.
